    Fruit and Vegetable Washer

    Designed for washing and cleaning multiple fruits / vegetables generally required for pulp, juice extraction like mangoes, litchi, tomato, apple, peach and vegetables.

    The washer thoroughly washes the product using strong water agitation which tumble-washes while it is carried up to the outfeed conveyor. The fruit or vegetable which gets picked up on the inclined conveyor are subjected to secondary fresh water spray and are collected at the end of the conveyor.

    Cooling Conveyor (for Cans, Bottles and Pouches)

    This Continuous Cooling Conveyor reduces the temperature of hot filled liquids packed in cans, pouches or glass bottles. Its working process is divided into two stages.

    First stage uses ambient temperature water and in the second stage it does cold water cooling. This ensures creation of vacuum inside the container after bringing down the temperature to ambient thus ensuring long shelf life. The time in each of the two stages can be regulated as per the requirement. The complete structure is made of SS 304 while the conveying belt is made of high temperature resistant polypropylene (CPP).

    Hot Break System

    The Hot Break System generates a thermal treatment that completely inactivates the pectic enzymatic activity. Suitable for pre-heating of tomato and guavas before juice extraction. The raw washed tomatoes or guavas are crushed in the mill and gets collected in the bottom tank. The Hot Break System is then circulated through the heat exchanger for preheating up to required temperature. Steam is the heating media used in the heat exchanger to heat the crush. After achieving the required temperature the product is discharged to a pulper for pulp extraction.

    Advantages of Hot Break System:

    • Deactivating the enzymes, which are likely to be generated.
    • Getting good colour and maximum recovery.
    • Better quality of the product.

    Forced Circulation Evaporator

    This is ideal for concentration of high viscous material and products with higher solids or tomato paste using “Hot break” or “Cold break” process. Sometimes these are used in series with falling film evaporator as finishing effect for achieving higher concentration.     Automatic Barrel Filling and Capping Machine

    Suitable for cleaning, filling and capping of 10 to 25 litres polycarbonate / PET barrels.

    The barrels are fed to bottle holders, which tilt the bottle on top of high pressure spray which washes the barrel. The machine also has Angular Spray for external wash.

    After the cleaning stage the barrels are fed on the filling conveyor. The filling is executed by a highly sensitive sensor activating a flow of water to an accurate predetermined measured quantity. The machine incorporates no-barrel-no-fill system.

    After filling, barrels automatically move to the capping stage where the caps are released from the vibrator to the barrels and the barrels are sealed automatically using a capping head.

    Bottle Warming / Cooling Conveyor

    This Continuous Spray Conveyor is suitable to reduce the temperature of hot fill drink bottles to 30-36ºC or to increase the temperature of cold filled aerated drinks to 36-40ºC. Its working process is divided into 2/3 stages. First stage circulates hot water spray. Second stage does water pre-cooling, and the third stage does cold water-cooling.
